Four Way Shuttle Rack

Four-Way Shuttle Racking System is a high-density automated warehousing solution composed of racks, four-way shuttles, elevators, conveyor systems, and control systems. It achieves three-dimensional dynamic dense storage management of goods through intelligent scheduling. The core feature lies in the four-way shuttles, which can move horizontally (laterally) and vertically along tracks. By coordinating with elevators, they enable free vertical layer switching, covering any storage location in the warehouse. Integrated with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS), the system accomplishes fully automated operations.
